windnote.ai (“windnote”) respects and protects your personal information. To provide account registration and sign-in, friend and group management, messaging and synchronization, moments and circle interactions, note storage and sharing, device management, security, and support, we may process account details you provide, relationship and group data, messages and content, device and network information, and activity logs only to the extent necessary.
System permissions such as camera, photo library, microphone, location, and notifications are requested only when you choose a related feature and grant access.
We use this information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service and do not sell personal information. When cloud storage, push notification, security, or other service providers assist us, their purpose and scope are limited and appropriate safeguards are required.
Information is retained only as long as necessary for these purposes unless law requires otherwise, and we use reasonable measures including access controls, encrypted transport, permission isolation, logging, and security monitoring, although no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, copies, or deletion, withdraw consent, manage visibility and signed-in devices, block contacts, or close your account.
Users under 14 should use the service with a guardian’s consent and guidance.
