Accounts and security
You must provide lawful and accurate registration information, protect your account, password, security code, and signed-in devices, and remain responsible for activity under your account; promptly update credentials, remove a device, or contact us if you detect unauthorized access.
Your content and license
You retain lawful rights in content you publish and grant windnote a non-exclusive license only as needed to store, display, transmit, back up, and provide that content through the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use windnote for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, or malicious marketing activity, interfere with the service, bypass safeguards, scrape data at scale, or impersonate another person.
Service management and changes
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or close accounts when reasonably necessary for law, community safety, or service integrity, and may adjust or interrupt features for upgrades, maintenance, third-party failures, or events beyond reasonable control with notice where practicable.
Liability
windnote remains responsible as required by law but is not liable beyond applicable legal requirements for loss caused by user fault, force majeure, or circumstances not resulting from our intent or gross negligence.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China; disputes should first be discussed in good faith and otherwise submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction. Questions may be sent to hello@windnote.ai.
